Who We Are
Walk On Water Capital Pte. Ltd. (WOW Capital) was incorporated in Singapore in August 2021 and holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) licence for fund management (CMS Licence No. 101676) issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
We serve accredited and institutional investors, and we offer experienced managers a faster, well governed route into a Singapore regulated fund structure.
We believe financial stewardship, exercised with skill, discipline and integrity, is one of the most direct instruments for good available to anyone entrusted with capital. This is why we built a for-profit manager, and built it that way on purpose. We refuse to place profit and purpose on opposite sides of a ledger. Rightly stewarded, profit is not purpose's rival, it is one of its most practical instruments, and the first place that shows itself is in the returns we work to deliver for the clients and partners who place their capital with us.
What the firm earns beyond its own operating needs, we intend to direct toward work that creates real and lasting change, funded from the firm's own resources and never from client capital.
We hold the capital entrusted to us to that same standard. Every mandate is managed with discipline and integrity, and we consider ourselves answerable, in full, to every client and partner who places their trust in us.
In 2025, our founder completed a full buyout of the firm's shares to become its sole controlling shareholder, a deliberate and clean start, carrying forward no prior investors or assets.
Our name is drawn from an act of faith: stepping out of the boat, eyes fixed above the storm rather than on it.
WOW Capital serves accredited and institutional investors only. We do not offer our services to, or solicit, retail investors in Singapore or elsewhere.

Our investment focus
Our investment approach is centred on fundamental research, specialist knowledge and a disciplined assessment of opportunities. The areas below describe our investment focus; they are not funds currently open for subscription.
Real Assets and Private Equity
Our focus spans specialised real estate and private equity opportunities where operating knowledge and active management can contribute to value. Every opportunity we consider is assessed on operating economics, capital requirements, valuation, and financing, liquidity and execution risk.
This also extends to operationally intensive Singapore real estate, including worker accommodation, an area of ongoing interest for the firm.
Medical Technology
Our medical technology focus draws on our leadership's direct sector experience, including taking a medical technology company through to a public listing and exit. We look at clinical relevance, regulatory pathway, commercial adoption and funding needs alongside valuation. Development and commercialisation in this sector can involve significant uncertainty.
Public Markets
Our public-markets focus applies fundamental analysis to listed businesses: assessing business quality, financial strength, management and valuation, with close attention to volatility and liquidity risk. We also consider fixed income opportunities, assessing issuer creditworthiness, cash flows, security terms and interest-rate sensitivity.
Maison de la Vigne VCC
A Singapore VCC structure
Maison de la Vigne VCC is a Singapore umbrella Variable Capital Company managed by WOW Capital. The structure can accommodate distinct investment strategies through separately registered sub-funds, each with its own segregated assets and liabilities in accordance with Singapore law. Segregation is a structural feature; it does not protect a sub-fund from investment losses.
Any future offering under Maison de la Vigne would be subject to the relevant fund documents, investor eligibility requirements, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements. No subscription is invited through this website.

Leadership
Gary Ng
Chief Executive Officer
Gary brings close to three decades of experience spanning equity research, investment banking, fund management and corporate leadership across Asia. His track record includes taking a medical technology start-up and other businesses through public listings, strategic exits and privatisations, complemented by an established network of investment and industry professionals across the region.
Gary's board experience includes a current independent non-executive directorship at a Hong Kong-listed company, and a previous executive directorship at a Singapore-listed medical technology company.
He founded Walk On Water Capital to build the kind of fund manager he would choose to invest with himself, disciplined in its investment process, transparent in its conduct, and accountable to the clients and partners who entrust their capital to the firm.
